🤷‍♂️ How can I add content to

📹Here's a video that explains the basics in 5 minutes.

  1. Install the browser extension (Chrome/Edge - Firefox)
  2. Create an account & workspace.
  3. Tap on the extension icon top-right and add any content you like.
  4. Optional: add it to your favourite collection and mention workspace members

🤷‍♂️ What are collections and how do they work?

Collections are lists of items you want to put together.
It's a very powerful concept.

📹 You can watch a short video here on how to use them properly.

🤷‍♀️ I'm getting the "Could not analyze resource" error?

Refresh the page. If that didn't work, we probably couldn't recognise your user profile properly.

How to fix:
Go to and make sure you're logged in. The red exclamation mark on your extension should disappear.
If that didn't work, try reinstalling the extension, you will not lose any content doing so and it results in a proper reset.

🤷‍♂️ Can I invite others?

Yes, unlimited. Even in the free plan. Just navigate to your workspace settings (left sidebar).
Important: uses workspaces where you can invite others.

📹 This video explains the concept nicely.

🤷‍♀️ Can I add colleagues automatically?

You can. When you're creating your workspace you can add an email domain. It's the part of the email after the '@'. When set up, everyone with that domain can register and they'll be in your workspace automatically ✨

Pricing, Plans & Invoicing

🤷‍♀️ Why would I pay to use

We built because we truly believe knowledge needs to flow freely.

But there's a cost to building and maintaining the platform, which is why we have paid plans. The free plan is ideal to get you started and a lot of smaller teams will be perfectly fine using it for free.

Most important limitations are:

🤷‍♂️ What's the difference between the different paid versions?

The first tier - the "starter plan" - focuses on removing the content limit. Nothing less, nothing more.

The second tier - the "team plan" - also includes additional features such as content insights and API access

🤷‍♀️ How will I get billed?

You choose a plan (we ask for yearly commitments) and a number of seats you'd like. We'll send you an invoice and activate your plan immediately.

If you need more, you buy more. You pay as you grow.

Try before you buy? Ask for a demo and we'll hook you up on a free trial so that you can experiment freely.

🤷‍♂️ Do you sell our data?

No. We do not.

🤷‍♀️ How do you make money?

Our only source of revenue is our paid subscription plan.
We have no intention to sell ads nor to sell data or generate revenue other than our subscription plans (which you'll find in our pricing page)

🤷‍♂️ What data does the platform keep?

  1. User data, feedback & Crash Reports stores users data such as username/email, first name, last name and the name of the workspace users are in.
As a part of the functionality of the platform the saved content, comments, collections and topics users interact which are also persisted.
To further improve the experience, anonymised user behaviour data (interactions with platform), crash reports and user-initiated feedback are also stored.
  2. Contents of saved items acts like a search engine to power Google Search suggestions. That's why the content saved by our users is stored securely on our EU data centres (ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified). This powers the recommendation algorithm that operates in the browser extension.
  3. No search history, no browsing history
Let's be clear here. does not store any browsing or search history whatsoever. All data captured is explicitly opted in for, in accordance with EU legislation. makes an analysis of a Google search query and discards it immediately afterwards. This analysis is used to suggest the items in Google Search. The content of the search query is discarded afterwards. Similar to any other search engine, it is very common practice and it is impossible to build one without it.
  4. Topic interests
It is possible to publish your interest or affinity with a certain topic in This interest score is calculated based on the user's saved content. users can choose to turn these interests on or off as they like. The list of interests is static and users have full control over what interests they choose to publish.
